The Glasdon NEOPOLITAN Range of Bollards is recognised worldwide for its superior performance, robust construction and ease of installation. The smooth lines and versatile design makes NEOPOLITAN Bollards suitable for all environments.

NEOPOLITAN 150 Bollard features one large 150mm as well as a 20mm recessed area in which decorative or retroreflective banding can be fitted. The bollard is available in a wide range of colours to suit any application.

NEOPOLITAN Bollards are available with a choice of fixing options, offering superb flexibility and ease of installation.

The unique Glasdon key-locking socket offers ease of replacement and allows permanent, semi-permanent or temporary installation. The socket is designed to absorb the impact of a collision, leaving the surrounding area undamaged and allowing for easy replacement of a damaged bollard without the need for expensive groundworks. If the bollard needs to be removed, an optional galvanised steel blanking cap can be supplied to seal off the socket to maintain pedestrian safety and vehicular access.

NEOPOLITAN Bollards are also available with bolt-down fixings, which allow for quick, permanent installation in approximately eight minutes. Bolt-down fixing is suitable for existing concrete sub-surfaces and is ideal for locations where the Glasdon key-locking socket system is unsuitable, such as bridges or multi-storey car parks.

Where permanent fixing is required into a fresh concrete installation, adjustable depth concrete-in anchors can be supplied to provide even greater strength as well as ease of replacement. Four concrete anchors with a maximum depth of 250mm allow superior security with a significantly reduced footprint and depth compared to the socket system.

For security-sensitive locations, the GUARDSMAN Anti-Ram Raid Fixing System provides incredible strength and impact resistance. GUARDSMAN Fixing utilises a steel tube reinforced with concrete installed to a depth of 745mm below ground, and in impact testing a GUARDSMAN Bollard stopped an unladen van dead from speeds of 25-30mph.

NEOPOLITAN Bollards are manufactured from DURAPOL^® Material, a polymer formulated to withstand extremes of temperature and impact tested in our Quality Assurance Laboratory as part of our BS EN ISO 9001:2000 test procedure. DURAPOL Material will not chip or rust, is easy to clean and never needs painting.
